Accessibility arrangements at the Animal Welfare Society in Israel
The Israel Animal Cruelty Association makes every effort to provide the public with an equitable, accessible and professional service.
Building accessibility
Below are the existing accessibility arrangements at the Israel Animal Cruelty Association, located at 159 Herzl Street in Tel Aviv:
Handicapped parking – if there is no parking available near the association’s gate, you can use the association’s parking lot. To open the parking gate, which is 10 meters from the main entrance, call the association’s offices (+97235136500, extension 0).
Access ways – there is a sequence of access both from the parking lot and from the main entrance to the association’s offices and the veterinary clinic.
Service stations – there are stations for receiving service. If necessary, the staff members will provide service at the reception center and will even assist in filling out forms.
Accessible toilets – located on the entrance floor.
Entry to the association’s offices and the veterinary clinic for a service animal intended to assist a person with a disability is allowed (entry to the yard and pens with staff approval).

Accessible call router – the voice response is delivered in a clear language in Hebrew, Arabic, English and Russian.
