Opening hours for the Society and for the veterinary clinic
Sunday-Thursday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Saturday: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Opening Hours during the Holidays
Sunday, September 29, the Eve of Rosh Hashanah: 8 AM until 1 PM.
Monday and Tuesday, September 30 &October 1, Rosh Hashanah: the Society will be closed.
Tuesday, October 8, the Eve of Yom Kippur: 8 AM until 1 PM.
Wednesday, October 9, Yom Kippur: the Society will be closed.
Sunday, October 13, Sukkot Eve: 8 AM until 1 PM.
Monday, October 14, Sukkot: the Society will be closed.
Sunday, October 20: 8 AM until 1 PM.
Monday, October 21, Simchat Torah: the Society will be closed.
During Chol HaMoed Sukkot, the Society will be open as usual (including Friday and Saturday).
Visitors may come to the clinic during the above opening hours without booking an appointment in advance. Appointments must be made by phone for surgical operations. Outside of official opening hours, you can see the on-call veterinarian for a fee. There is always an on-call veterinarian when the clinic is closed. In case of a medical emergency only, call 054-7317329 (please leave a message if your call is not answered right away).
If you’re interested in adopting an animal you are welcome to visit the SPCA on Sunday-Thursday (10:00 am – 5:30 pm), Friday (8:00 am – 12:30 pm), Saturday (11:00 am – 1:00 pm).
Attention! – Please note that in winter adoptions take place only during daylight hours and you are requested to arrive no later than 5:00 pm. For further details, call: *4553.
Bringing in animals
Animals may be brought in any day of the week until 10:00 pm (ring the bell on the main gate). Please do not leave animals at the gate – this puts them at great risk!
If you’ve seen an animal in distress, don’t ignore it. Call the Society’s call center and we will either handle the case or refer you to the appropriate authorities.

For the convenience of car owners having difficulties finding a parking space near the SPCA facilities, you can park in ‘Park HaHorshot’ public parking lot, free of charge (the entrance to the car park is via 169 Ben-Zvi Street, Tel Aviv). The SPCA is north through the park and then turn left on Ofer Cohen street. Alternatively, walk along Ben-Zvi Street, turn right onto Herzl Street and right onto Ofer Cohen Street).
