Actress and animal activist Orna Banai came to film a report and did not leave empty handed
This week actress and animal activist Orna Banai came to the Society to film for a television report. Banai, who is a faithful activist for animal rights, could not remain apathetic when she saw so many wonderful dogs who are awaiting adoption, and she decided to adopt a mixed breed terrier who won her over at first glance. The dog will join Orna’s family, who already are raising a female dog of a year and a half named Sophie.
“I can’t understand how it is possible to live in a home without animals”, Ms Banai said. “They add much joy and humor and bring out only the good in people. My children will be the happiest in the world”.
